National Park Week 2019 in Zion

How are you going to celebrate National Park Week 2019? From April 20th to April 28th, National Park Week will be observed at all National Parks throughout the United States.

What is it?

President Trump has officially proclaimed National Park Week 2019 as April 20 through April 28. In his Presidential Proclamation, he said, “Our National Parks System is a stunning tribute to our country’s history, traditions, and heritage.” Of National Park Week he also said, “During National Park Week, we celebrate our national parks and marvel with appreciation at the splendor of our Nation’s landscapes and landmarks.”

Zion National Park is always a wonderful destination and this time of year, though not the most popular, is the best weather-wise. Leaves are coming out and the trees are blossoming – so don’t forget an allergy pill! 😉
